Your pack expires. Your credits hit zero. That's it. No surprise charges. No hunting for the cancel button. We'll send you a heads up at 30 days and 7 days before expiry. When your credits hit zero, pick up a new pack or ignore it, and your account simply pauses. Clean.
We don't believe in penalizing you for being prepared. When you buy a new pack, your credits pool together and we automatically apply the expiry date that is furthest away. Example: If you have 1 month left on an Studio plan and buy a Starter Pack, your entire balance now has 3 months to run.
AI image generation is iterative magic, not a printing press. Some generations will have artifacts, weird hands, or lighting that doesn't hit. We don't credit single generations, so factor in a 10-15% buffer for iterations and experimentation. That's the trade off for studio-grade imagery at 1/100th the cost.
Unused credits vanish when the clock runs out. We’ll nudge you at 30 days and 7 days to make sure you have time to use them, but once that date hits, the credits are gone. This keeps our pricing aggressive and our studio ready for your next big project.
